Community and Social Responsibility
As we all know, the geographical locations of houses and numbering in our poorest areas are often not in chronological order.
When someone is injured and emergency services are called, it usually results in delays that can be fatal for the individual needing prompt medical attention.
Taking this into consideration, we endeavor to train at least one First Aider and Firefighter in each ward at no cost to the selected individual.
This initiative equips the community to increase the chances of survival for any injured person by 90%. All NPOs will receive assistance with OHS compliance at no cost, as these entities share the core values of TEAM OHS.
Additionally, we aim to employ school leavers, providing them with experiential knowledge to improve their chances of securing jobs through the experience gained while working for TEAM OHS (Pty).
